1. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your supplements reach you as quickly and conveniently as possible:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £40.00. Orders under £40.00 will incur a flat rate of £3.00.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional £5.00 (a total of £8.00), ensuring delivery within 1-2 business days.

Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 10am for an additional £5.00. (a total of £13.00). Please note, this option may not be available for certain remote areas.


2. Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


3. Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days from the day your order is processed.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from the day your order is processed.

Next-Day Delivery: Arrives the next working day if the order is placed before cut-off time. Cut-off time is 10am the previous day.


Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, postal strikes).


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.


5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you’re located in a remote area, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.


6. Missed Deliveries & Reshipping

If you miss your delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team at returns@tissoria.com within 10 days of your order’s expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
